Supervision is a formal and protected time for you to reflect on your practice, whether you work as a Coach or a Therapist or both.
I offer a confidential framework within which you can work collaboratively in a trusting profefssinal and peer relationship.
Working on your own with clients can be lonely as well as challenging, paritcualrly when you and or your client feels 'stuck'.
Having an impartial Supervisor relationship means you can explore how you show up with your clients, how you respond to their needs, hour interventions, reactions and emotions, as well as the opportunit8y to explore your own personal development and emotional resonse to situations.
It is important to engage with regular supervision, most of my supervisees contract for between 1 and 1.5 hours per month on a regualr basis.
I am a Registered Supervisor with UKCP, BACP, BSCH and the Assocaition for Coaching.
Please contact me to discuss you needs for accrediation purproses and on - going supervision.
I offer face to face and virtual supervision.
